ONLINE
Bedminster Tai Chi will soon be available online. I’ll be launching a YouTube channel introducing Shibashi Set 1 and Set 2, with clear, beginner-friendly guidance so you can learn at your own pace. Alongside this, there will be live weekly online classes and access to a growing library of recorded sessions through a subscription. Whether you can’t attend in person or simply prefer to practise at home, the online space will offer the same calm, accessible teaching, wherever you are. 🌱 Coming soon 🌱
